My Gym Manhattan is a franchise of 4 locations in Manhattan that is part of My Gym Children’s Fitness Center corporation (with 700+ international locations) offering the BEST recreational fitness and gymnastics programs and blowout birthday parties for children ages 3 months to 8 years of age. Job Description:

My Gym Manhattan is currently hiring a children’s fitness coach/instructor for our locations in nyc. Someone who is…

· High-energy, loves to play, and be silly!

· A team player who follows through and always gives 100%

· Reliable and communicative. Our kids will bond with you, so a warm presence is key

In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales.

Position Requirements:

Ability to work 20+ hours per week, including weekends

o A genuine love for young children – from infants to lower elementary school ages

o Commitment to train hard and take direction well/easily

o Stage presence – if the idea of performing sounds scary, we might not be the right fit for you

o Willingness to clean (cleaning is a huge part of what we do – it’s how we keep each other and our kids safe & healthy!)

o Effective leadership and motivational skills

o Reliable and responsible team player

Compensation:

· Hourly salary based on experience
