We’re seeking warm, enthusiastic Early Childhood Music Teachers to lead engaging preschool and early childhood music classes at our studio locations in Bexley, Columbus, and Worthington, OH. Responsibilities
Lead interactive preschool and early childhood music classes, fostering curiosity, coordination, and creativity.
Incorporate singing, movement, rhythm instruments, and storytelling to introduce foundational music concepts.
Adapt activities to meet the developmental needs of each age group.
Engage with parents and caregivers, providing guidance for extending music learning at home.
Collaborate on seasonal studio events that showcase the joy of music-making.
Leave weekly class notes in our software.
Participate in paid training, weekly staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Comfortable singing and leading songs with children.
Foundational music skills (basic rhythm, pitch matching, and familiarity with simple instruments).
Experience teaching or working with preschool-aged children in a music, classroom, or childcare setting.
Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to create a joyful and nurturing learning environment.

Compensation
$16–$36/hour based on education and experience
Hours
Based on teacher and studio availability.Worthington: Sunday 3–5p, Monday 9–11a, Friday 9–11a, Thursday 1–5pBexley: Sunday 3–5p, Monday 9–11a, Friday 9–11aOptional: Monthly time slot—3rd Tuesday & Wednesday 9–3 (with a 1-hour lunch) in Dublin
