Early Childhood Teacher

Location: The Learning Experience- Ramsey, NJ

Pay: $17 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience- Ramsey is seeking a nurturing Early Childhood Teacher to support classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a structured, engaging environment where children build confidence, independence, and early learning skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom routines across early childhood age groups
• Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers
• Support social-emotional development and classroom engagement
• Communicate regularly with families and team members
• Follow all New Jersey licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Prior childcare experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
