Role responsibilities:

Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds
Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
Communicate regularly with parents, sharing the children's achievements and latest adventures
Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens seamlessly
Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals as a team

Qualifications:

ECT Qualified
CPR and First Aid preferred
Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP)
1 Year of Professional teaching preferred
Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
