We' re currently seeking an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist ($83, 000-$94, 000/year) in the Anchorage, AK area.Qualifications:

AK licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP (CFYs welcome)
Passionate about early intervention and working with families
Comfortable working independently in home-based settings
A team player who values learning, connection, and purpose-driven work
Previous experience with IFSP (Individualized Family Services Plan) preferred, but not required

Position Details:

Schedule: Full-Time
Setting: The child' s natural environment, usually their home, where parents can be involved in their child' s development
Caseload: Birth to three population
Close-knit collaborative team of SLPs, OTs, and developmental therapists working to bring out the best in every child
In-person only

What you' ll do:

Support early communication, feeding, and social-emotional development
Partner with families using a coaching model embedded in daily routines
Participate in evaluations and individualized family service planning
Provide speech and language services in home and community settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers
