Job Description

Make an Impact - Not Just a Call

At Landings Credit Union, collections is about helping people - not just collecting payments. We're looking for a full-time, in-office Early Stage Collector/Risk Management who brings empathy, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills to every member interaction.

What You'll Do

Contact members via phone, email, and mail regarding past-due accounts
Understand each member's situation and offer personalized repayment solutions
Educate members to help them regain financial confidence
Maintain accurate account notes and documentation
Monitor delinquency trends and escalate when needed
Collaborate with internal teams to support member success

What You Bring

Experience in collections, lending, or financial services preferred
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A genuine desire to help people

Schedule

Full-time, in-office | Monday - Friday
8 hours shifts
No weekends or holidays
