KeyResponsibilitiesInclude

  • Proactively source candidates usingLinkedIn Recruiter, industryjob boards, social media, andapplicablerecruiting tools; Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build qualified candidate pipelines.

  • Organizeand executerecruitmenteventssuch as careerfairs,speaking engagements, andbranding/networkingevents.

  • Coordinate interviewsefficientlyandmaintainclear communication with candidates and hiringteam(s).

  • Leadand/orparticipateinRecruiting Update calls with hiring teams/department leaders.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal clients and industry partners to ensurea highlevelof customer service.

  • Adhere tointernal recruitment processes and procedures.

  • UtilizeWorkdayATSand externaltechnology to postand manageroles.

  • Help build relationships with colleges,universities,and talent communities.

  • Assistin creating engaging social media content toshowcaseour culture.

  • Support internship,early-career hiringand brandinginitiativesas well as broader strategic HR/POD(Professional & Organizational Development)initiatives as needed.

  • Help deliver a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Serve as a friendly,knowledgeable,andresponsive point of contact for candidates.

  • Answersfrequentlyasked questions fromcandidatesand employeesrelativeto standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.

  • Maintains the integrity andconfidentialityof human resource department discussions,filesand records.

  • Continuallyidentifyways to improveand evolveour hiring process.

  • Ensure that staffing needs are met with long-term strategy in mind.

  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance.

  • Maintain records ofrecruiting activity andallmaterialsused for recruitment as necessary, including interview notes and paperwork.

  • Build professionalnetworkandbrand.

  • Keep an eyetocontinual learning andprofessionaldevelopment.

  • Stayup-to-dateon recruiting trends, industryupdatesand bestpractice.

  • Provide back-upfor team members during their absence.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-5years of experience intalent acquisition.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
