We're looking for enthusiastic personal trainers who love to drive group energy in a fast paced high vibe environment! THE POSITION
At F45 Natick we deliver a team-based, high-intensity training experience that is felt by all long after the workout ends.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excite and delight every athlete as an individual from the moment they walk through the door
- Demonstrate exercises with excellent form, displaying fitness prowess in studio
- Coaching athletes towards their max potential, leading them through predetermined workouts
- Have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries and challenge athletes when it is time to progress
- Create a culture and environment that is inviting and feels like home
- Flex work to include set up, cleaning, and attendance taking
QUALIFICATIONS
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, charismatic, positive, people first, no-ego energy
- Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
- Experience as a personal fitness trainer would be amazing
- Plenty of hours to offer, the more available the better
- Character, integrity and communication skills
- Energetic and attentive to the needs of others
- Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and comfortable with leadership / public speaking
- Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing athletes with vigor for the entirety of the workout
CERTIFICATIONS (inquire regardless)
- Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
