Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
Identify opportunities to add value and provide strategic insights to clients
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Mentor, coach, and supervise interns, staff, and senior team members
Review financial statements, workpapers, and engagement deliverables
Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure exceptional client service

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Active CPA license
Recent public accounting experience
4+ years of experience in a CPA firm environment
Experience with nonprofit audits
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Preferred Experience

Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits
Private company audits
Construction industry clients
Reviews and compilations
