eClinicalWorks Analyst (SME) – Onsite | New Hampshire
Job Type: Contract (3–6 Months + Extensions)
Location: 100% Onsite – New Hampshire
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced eClinicalWorks (eCW) Subject Matter Expert to support a clinical environment in a hands-on, onsite capacity. This role will serve as a key liaison between clinical teams and IT, ensuring optimal performance, configuration, and utilization of eClinicalWorks across the organization.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong workflow knowledge, end-user support experience, and the ability to operate independently within a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all eClinicalWorks-related support, configuration, and optimization
Act as a liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and IT teams
Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Lead or support implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements
Conduct workflow analysis and recommend improvements for clinical operations
Develop and maintain training materials and system documentation
Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to providers and staff
Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities
Manage and prioritize support requests, escalating when necessary
Participate in project planning, timelines, and execution efforts
Communicate system updates, changes, and best practices to end users
Qualifications
Strong experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) – Subject Matter Expert level required
Proven background supporting clinical applications in a healthcare setting
Experience working directly with providers, nurses, and clinical staff
Ability to perform workflow analysis and system optimization
Experience with implementation, upgrades, or system enhancements
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently onsite in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate

Strong understanding of clinical workflows and end-user needs
Able to balance support, training, and project work simultaneously
