What You Will Get To Do:

  • Your primary focus will be account management, with an emphasis on client retention for existing Eclipse clients and support of the existing Customer Success team.
  • As part of a cross-functional team (Eclipse Client Service), you will gain exposure to various aspects of client interactions, including project work and day-to-day customer support.
  • This role serves as an escalation point for clients throughout their product lifecycle.
  • Responsibilities include conducting check-in calls, managing account changes, and collaborating with the Eclipse Client Service team to ensure a positive platform experience.
  • You will act as the voice of the client, advocating for their needs internally.
  • You will receive training and are expected to develop strong, hands-on product expertise.
  • This position operates within a constantly evolving and complex ecosystem, offering significant opportunities to learn, grow, and deliver meaningful value to clients.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in financial services, client services, account management, or operations (internships included)
  • Basic understanding of capital markets, hedge funds, and trade lifecycle processes (order entry, execution, allocation, settlement)
  • Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS), trading platforms, or financial technology systems preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to delivering high-quality client service
