Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as an Ecommerce UX Reviewer. In this role, you will specialize in meticulously evaluating the user experience of e-commerce websites and mobile apps, providing critical feedback to optimize the shopping journey, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on e-commerce UX observations and suggested improvements.

Requirements:

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and user behavior.
Comfort with working tools and familiarity with various online shopping platforms.
Prior experience in UX review, usability testing, or QA for e-commerce is highly valued.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer and mobile device for testing.
