Provide actionable recommendations to design and development teams to improve website/app navigation, product presentation, and checkout efficiency. Ensure consistent and intuitive user experience across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and browsers. Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on e-commerce UX observations and suggested improvements. Requirements: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and user behavior. Comfort with working tools and familiarity with various online shopping platforms. Prior experience in UX review, usability testing, or QA for e-commerce is highly valued.
