Reporting to the content director, this position will support the broader editorial and marketing team in driving a range of global marketing strategies and tactics, including research and content development, campaign project management and digital marketing (web, social media, email marketing).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project kickoff: Ensure every project has a completed thought leadership brief template (business objective, target audience, hypothesis, insights, evidence, channels, risks, etc.). Facilitate alignment among senior marketing, research, editorial, and commercial stakeholders, ensuring clarity on goals, scope, timelines and success metrics from the start.

Workflow and project management: Help in managing workflows, including requesting and chasing internal approvals and quote approvals, to ensure deadlines are met; monitor project timelines and deadlines; ensure SEO/AEO on major projects.

Communication and coordination: Orchestrate cross-functional teams (research/analytics, design, web, social, PR) on major global projects.

Problem solving: Flag issues that arise during projects and bring the right people together to address them.

Editorial calendar and production oversight: Oversee editorial calendar and production schedules; liaise across marketing "pods" and the wider commercial team as necessary.

Campaign extension. Support the translation of thought leadership into multi-asset campaigns (e.g. article atomization, Quals/sales enablement, videos/webinars, etc.); partner with regional marketing team to translate global content into localized assets.

Measurement & reporting: Share lessons learned from web analytics and post-publication reviews of major projects.

Continuous improvement: Drive continuous process improvement, suggesting new tools, templates, ways of working, workflows, etc.; conduct ongoing scans of competitor activity to identify whitespace and ensure Spencer Stuart's distinctiveness in the market; identify repeatable processes that improve velocity and visibility, including smarter approval workflows, governance checklists and readiness criteria.

Candidate Profile
