Compensation Range: $50,000 - $61,000 USD Salary

What You Will Be Doing
Under the supervision of the Educational Partnership Director, the Education Partnership Specialist is focused on networking with the intent to establish relationships, build and maintain strategic external partnerships. Keeping in mind the varied and unique initiatives currently established, this position would also have an emphasis on business to business sales, looking to supply the church with a ministry tool that can support their individual needs.
Essential Functions

- Build outside relationships with new partner sites; including, but not limited to churches, para-church organizations, missions organizations, faith-based companies, etc.
- Collaborate and maximize efforts and relationships with partner sites to develop richer and more robust ways to serve the Church with a multi-departmental, outward-facing approach.
- Maintain and nurture already established external partnerships. Connecting partner sites to affected internal offices, establishing smoother internal business practices, review contracts annually, etc.
- Interface with Marketing to build key promotional pieces and conduct Market Research on new, emerging demographics and prospective initiatives.
- Work with internal offices to develop strategic educational packages.
- Responsible for growing new streams of revenue through external partnerships and initiatives
- Nurture internal partnerships with Enrollment Services, Marketing, Alumni, Radio and Publishing to develop strong leads and implement a strategy for developing external partnerships.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or degrees consistent with those at MBI
- Three years experience in sales, recruitment, or other related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-directed.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Effectively utilizes available technology and systems in performing job responsibilities
- Able to work in the US legally without sponsorship
Preferred Requirements
- MBA
- Understanding of inner workings of a variety of ministry settings
- Familiarity with Moody degree offerings
Work Environment/Conditions

This is a full-time position, generally scheduled Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed. The role may be performed in a hybrid capacity for candidates within the Chicagoland area, or fully remote for candidates located outside of Chicagoland.
Regular statewide and limited international travel will be required.
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and other common office technology.
