Job Description
Develops and facilitates trainings for community stakeholders, including providers, school and early learning personnel, caregivers, and youth organization personnel. Consults with leaders to recommend and/or develop new training content to enhance skills and education in community stakeholders working with youth.
Experience
5 years of experience in training facilitation and development
Proven experience in facilitating classes and group discussion leading to learning application and performance
Proven experience in managing multiple projects from start to finish, including stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in health promotion
For injury and illness prevention, licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact, if Bachelor's degree in Nursing
For obesity, Georgia licensed dietitian currently registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration or nationally recognized exercise certification or Registered Nurse with obesity related experience
For behavioral and mental health, licensure if mental health related profession through accrediting entity
Education
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field
Certification Summary

Must have reliable personal automobile

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven strong presentation and facilitation skills
Proven ability to design and implement high-impact learning content and support materials
Proven ability coordinating programs with multiple deliverables and deadlines
Demonstrates mastery of training content and ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging learning material
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated expertise in preparing value-added and comprehensive training plans and tools
Job Responsibilities
Facilitate training and education sessions, workshops, webinars, or similar that adapts delivery style to different audiences and learner needs.
Partner with evaluation team to complete needs analysis to determine skills gaps and identify training or audience needs.
Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to develop or update educational content.
Coordinate training efforts with other trainers on the team.
Develop instructional materials in collaboration with Child Advocacy Marketing (e.g., participant guides, demonstration models, visual aids) for offerings that support identified learning objectives.
Oversee updates and improvements to existing training content based on feedback and performance data.
Coordinate logistics for child advocacy training sessions including scheduling, communication, and materials.
Support evaluation of child advocacy training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Utilizes a variety of delivery training methods to promote learning transfer and keep training programs relevant and engaging to audience.
Builds and sustains working relationships with leaders and subject matter experts.
