Job Description Summary:

Supports educational activities and programs for health professionals, patients and families in collaboration with faculty, staff and administrators from within and outside Nationwide Children's Hospital. Provides audit, technology support and oversight of data entry and financial accounting tasks related to educational activities and or programs.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:
  • Participates in the coordination and evaluation of educational activities and programs. Assists in budget updates, document tracking, preparation of materials and other administrative tasks.
  • Assists with implementing processes to support enterprise effectiveness and improved efficiency. Coordinates marketing of programs.
  • Assists in program registration process. Manages database content and data tracking software; audits and ensures accuracy of all content.
  • Prepares thorough and accurate income/expense reports related to annual submission of educational activity and or program list to accrediting body. Uses effective problem solving to resolve any identified issues or concerns.
Education Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent required, college graduate preferred.
