Description
We are seeking printing press operators with 3 to 5 years of web press experience to join a GROWING company. Put your skills to work in our heat set web printing facility where we produce high-quality, full-color printed materials that make our customers' products and services jump off the page.
Job Duties Include:
- Read and follow job orders
- Setup jobs and operate printing press monitor output to assure quality throughout each run
- Monitor equipment and perform routine/preventive maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
Candidates must be able to read and understand a job ticket, layout sheet, artwork and other specifications
- 1+ years of web press experience is Required
- Experience with folders/angle bars and retail web press experience is beneficial
- Experience fine tuning of auxiliary equipment preferred
Work Environmental Factors
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to hazardous materials. A production employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
