Our client is seeking skilled Residential Installers with expertise in the HVAC industry to join their Los Angeles-based team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in installing HVAC systems across various residential projects. What You'll Do:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems for residential clients.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and work orders to understand installation specifications and requirements.
- Safely handle and install HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Test HVAC systems after installation to ensure efficient operation and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and clients to address any installation challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance services provided.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment on all job sites.
About You:
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in Residential HVAC install
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics, with strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation processes.
- Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications are preferred. EPA Universal is required
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality installation work.
- Physical Ability: Able to work in various conditions, including confined spaces, heights, and extreme temperatures.
- Team Player: Works well with others and can communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Safety-Conscious: Prioritizes safety and follows all industry regulations and best practices.
- Driver's License: Clean driving record with zero points

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
