We're Hiring: EFT Coordinator
Location: On-site in Santa Fe, NM
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
Guadalupe Credit Union is looking for a EFT Coordinator to join our team! In this role, You'll Support members and staff with electronic services by providing accurate guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring transactions are processed securely and efficiently. Help protect member accounts by promoting safe practices and identifying potential fraud. Deliver clear, helpful service while showing professionalism and care in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review ACH transactions, reports, and exceptions to ensure accuracy and timely returns.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to debit cards, electronic services, and fraud alerts.
- Maintain card services, including ordering cards, processing travel notices, and updating account information.
- Process wires, bill pay enrollments, and credit card requests in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Educate members on electronic services and account security, and make referrals for additional support when needed.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
Requirements:
- Experience: Up to six months of similar or related experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:This position requires regular walking, talking, and hearing, and may involve long periods of standing or sitting. Occasional light lifting, bending, and reaching may be required.
