Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare IT Security Analyst to support and enhance our healthcare security program. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in IT security within healthcare, with expertise in risk assessments, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH, IRS Pub 1075), and incident response.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years in managing security incidents and risk management
- Strong knowledge of NIST 800-53 Rev 4, HIPAA, HITECH, SSA, and IRS Pub 1075
- Experience in updating privacy/security policies and performing risk assessments
- Expertise in RBAC, identity management, data encryption, and vulnerability assessments
- Familiarity with healthcare IT infrastructure, firewalls, and network security
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
