This is an exciting opportunity for an EHS professional who enjoys influencing others, developing people, and making a meaningful impact on both employee well-being and business results.

What You'll Do

As the EHS Manager, you will:

  • Lead all site Environmental, Health & Safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards.
  • Foster a proactive safety culture through visible leadership, associate engagement, coaching, and accountability.
  • Partner with plant leadership to identify risks, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver impactful training programs that build safety awareness and strengthen safe work practices.
  • Leverage EHS metrics and analytics to identify trends, assess risk, and improve operational performance.
  • Serve as the site's trusted advisor and subject matter expert on safety, environmental compliance, and risk management.
  • Champion a culture where safety is embedded in every decision and every associate feels empowered to contribute.

What Makes You Successful

You are a hands-on leader who builds credibility through strong relationships, sound judgment, and a visible presence in the operation. You excel at influencing others, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution, and turning data into action.

Successful candidates are:

  • Skilled at building trust and influencing leaders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communicators who can coach, train, and inspire others.
  • Organized problem-solvers who drive accountability and results.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience leading Environmental, Health & Safety programs.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
  • Experience with incident investigations, audits, compliance programs, and corrective action planning.
