- Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs for the facility.*
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations.*
- Develop and implement accident prevention and workplace safety initiatives.*
- Coordinate employee safety and environmental training programs.*
- Conduct audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions.*
- Manage waste reduction, recycling, and energy conservation efforts.*
- Maintain EHS records, reports, and regulatory documentation.*
- Partner with production, HR, and leadership to promote a safe work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related technical field preferred.*
- 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.*
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.*
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.*
- Experience with ISO management systems, ergonomics, or behavior-based safety is a plus.
