Position Overview:

The Shift Leader plays an essential role in supporting the store's leadership team and contributes directly to the success of our day-to-day operations. Working closely with themanagement team, the Shift Leader helps train, guide, and inspire Team Members to meet performance expectations, uphold brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Shift Leaders act as ambassadors of Einsteins Bros Bagels, ensuring every guest interaction is a Bright Spot, and every shift runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations and act as a leader on duty in the absence of the management team.

• Train, coach, and motivate Team Members to meet service, quality, and performance standards.

• Promote and maintain a consistent, superior guest experience in alignment with Einstein Bros. Bagels' brand values.

• Assist with achieving daily sales goals and operational targets.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.

• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, leadership, and guests.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and be yourself-authenticity matters here.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of at least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience, or the ability to demonstrate readiness to perform Shift Leader responsibilities through training.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, graveyard shifts, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must have a valid SNHD Food Handler's Card (NV Health Card)

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout scheduled shifts. These physical requirements may be met with or without reasonable accommodation.
