Compensation - Base plus commission ($50,000-$70,000) once license is obtained.

Responsibilities

Provide clear, compassionate explanations of the bail bond process to clients.
Prepare and process bail bond documentation accurately and in compliance with policies and regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, law enforcement, and court officials to coordinate bail transactions.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and bond activities in the company database.
Develop knowledge of company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Provide timely updates and support to clients regarding their bond status.
Collaborate with senior consultants and management to resolve client concerns and improve service delivery.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or related field is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment.
Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with standard office software.
