- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Massachusetts bar admission in good standing
- 3+ years of estate planning experience
- Strong knowledge of asset protection estate planning tools
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently while leveraging team support
- A client-centered, compassionate approach
- Experience building or managing a solo/small practice or book of business
- Experience with preparing estate and fiduciary tax returns
- Interest in growing a personal client base within a supported environment
- Established professional network or desire to build one
- Steady marketing and referral support to help you scale
