Electrician Apprentice

Little Rock, AR | Full-Time

Starting Pay: $15–$18 per hour

Pay is based on documented experience, skill level, and performance.

Mister Sparky Electric is building a pipeline of motivated Apprentice Electricians for upcoming opportunities in Central Arkansas.

We are looking for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the electrical trade and learn from licensed professionals in a structured, high-performance environment.

If you are serious about becoming a licensed electrician and developing real field skills, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Assist licensed electricians with residential and light commercial electrical work

Help install, repair, and maintain electrical systems

Prepare materials and tools for daily projects

Learn to read blueprints and job specifications

Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites

Develop troubleshooting and diagnostic skills over time

Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes

You will work directly under licensed Journeyman and Master Electricians to gain hands-on experience.

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Interest in pursuing a long-term career in the electrical trade

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Professional attitude and reliability

Strong communication skills

Prior electrical or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
