Position: Electrical Assistant

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

As an Electrical Assistant, you’ll work alongside electricians on some of the most beautiful homes in Arizona —wiring lighting, power, and integrated smart systems with the attention to detail our clients expect. You’ll bring field experience, curiosity, and a willingness to grow into a true craftsperson.

What You’ll Do

Support electricians on residential new builds and remodels
Pull wire, set boxes, install lighting fixtures, devices, and panels
Follow electrical drawings, plans, and scope documents accurately
Coordinate with AV and lighting integration teams for smooth crossover installs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Communicate clearly with your crew and project managers about progress and needs
Represent Oasis with professionalism on every site and with every client

2+ years of residential electrical experience
Strong wire-pulling and rough-in skills
Familiarity with high-end lighting or smart home systems a plus
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely on ladders or in attics
Pride in your work and the desire to deliver excellence every time

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
