Job Description
Electrical Assembler Hudson NH Contract- 1st Shift, 4/40 (Mon-Thurs) Hours: 5am- 3:30pm Pay Rate $24.25/Hr. Benefits: overtime, medical, dental, vision, 401kJOB DESCRIPTION: Electrical AssemblerPerform manual and power-tool assembly of mechanical and electrical components according to technical drawings and blueprints. Digital Instruction Following: Navigate and execute step-by-step electronic work instructions via tablets or kiosks to ensure build accuracy. Parts Tracking & Logistics: Use handheld scanners and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to log parts usage, track serial numbers, and request materials from the warehouse. Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards to ensure safety and efficiency on the production line. Documentation: Accurately complete digital and paper logs, including labor hour tracking and quality signoffs. REQUIREMENTS: Electrical Assembler
- Requires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education.*
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds independently*
- Capacity to lift up to 70 pounds with assistance*
- Ability to stand for extended periods*
- Possess current J-STD and IPC soldering certifications or the willingness and ability to obtain certification upon hire.*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills from peer-to-peer collaboration to organizational leadership.*
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navagate manufacturing systems and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook)
