Job Description

Delta Workforce is hiring electrical assemblers for a shop in Howell, MI!

Company Overview: Specializes in building electrical boxes for marine and Navy applications, including high-voltage (480V) and low-voltage (24V) systems. Involves control panels, PLCs, circuits, and wiring for power systems on ships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and wire electrical boxes with high/low voltage components.
  • Land wires in control panels, following electrical prints (e.g., pin 23-25, positive/negative/neutral).
  • Work with wire gauges from 4 gauge (thickest) to 12 gauge.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics for PLCs and circuits.
  • Contribute to systems for filtration pumps, skids, and ship power systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in electrical assembly, wiring control panels, and reading prints.
  • Familiarity with PLC programming software, circuits, and voltage systems (480V to 24V).
  • Panel/box wiring.
Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday 

Wage: $25 / HourOvertime: Occasionally 10 extra hours per week (up to 55 hours in specific situations); not demanded.
