Job Description

Electrical Assembly TechnicianLocation: Strafford, MOPay: $18-$19/hour (based on experience)Schedule: Tuesday-Friday | 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

Perform electrical wiring and component installation on shelters and enclosuresRead and follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructionsTest finished wiring and troubleshoot as neededUse hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools to assemble productsInspect materials and finished work for quality standardsPackage and prepare finished products for shipmentMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceRotate between workstations as needed to support production

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of electrical or manufacturing experience (or related training/certification)Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and shop documentationExperience bending conduit preferredAbility to read a tape measure and work with precisionStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailProblem-solving skills and commitment to qualityTeam-oriented with a professional, dependable attitude

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Active, hands-on role: standing, walking, lifting, and assembling throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50lbs and move materials as neededRequires use of hands, tools, and equipment regularlyMust follow all safety procedures, including wearing steel toe boots and safety glasses
