Job Description

Electrical Assembler (Wire Harness / Enclosures)

Burnsville, MN | Contract | $25 – $30/hour (DOE)1st Shift | Start: 6:00–7:00 AM | End: 2:00–3:30 PM (Flexible)

Overview

  • Hands-on role focused on wire harness assembly and electrical enclosure builds
  • Team-oriented environment with experienced assemblers available for training and support

Responsibilities

  • Assemble wire harnesses and electrical enclosures to specification
  • Use hand tools such as wire strippers and manual crimpers
  • Install terminals and connectors accurately and efficiently
  • Read and interpret basic electrical schematics and diagrams
  • Perform quality checks to ensure proper connections and build standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in electrical assembly or a similar hands-on role
  • Familiarity with:
    • Wire stripping and crimping
    • Connector and terminal installation
    • Electrical schematics (basic level acceptable)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and team-oriented
