• Build and wire electrical units according to blueprints and wiring diagrams*
• Use measurement tools like tape measures for precision*
• Handle small hand tools such as wire strippers and crimpers*
• Follow safety procedures and electrical codes*
• Work in confined spaces, at heights, and in tight areas as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of electrical assembly or wiring experience*
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams*
• Proficiency with measurement tools*
• Experience working with hand tools like wire strippers and crimpers*
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in demanding environments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience interpreting electrical drawings in complex environments*
• Familiarity with electrical code standards and safety protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED*
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial wiring environments

Other Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights*
• Availability for overtime during peak periods*
• Reliable transportation to shifts starting at 5:30 AM
