Electricians/Panel Builder (1st & 2nd Shift)Penmac Staffing is currently seeking experienced Electricians/Panel Builders for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Conway, AR surrounding area. Pay is based on experience. If you have industrial wiring experience and can read blueprints and electrical schematics, this could be a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team.Requirements for the Electricians/Panel Builder Position

Preferred 2+ years of industrial wiring experience or equivalent experience
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

Electricians/Panel Builder Responsibilities

Assemble and wire electrical control panels and components according to specifications
Read and follow blueprints, electrical schematics, and work instructions
Use hand tools and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

Work EnvironmentThis Electricians/Panel Builder position is located in a manufacturing environment. Employees may be exposed to heat, cold, noise, and fumes. The work is fast-paced and may involve moving objects, sharp edges, and congested work areas. Physical requirements include:

Lifting up to 50 pounds
Pushing and pulling materials
Kneeling, reaching overhead, and grasping objects throughout the shift
