Insulate, wind, and hook-up stators for motors and generators
Follow established methods, procedures, and specifications
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols
Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Stator Winder Hookup Operator Role:

High school diploma, vocational school graduate, or equivalent
General knowledge of coil?winding operations, insulating procedures, and materials
Ability to follow written instructions and technical specifications
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Reliable transportation to the North Mankato area
Ability to pass applicable pre?employment screenings
