Job Description
Position Summary
The Electrical and Low Voltage Combination Technician will support infrastructure initiatives across multiple and continuous retail sites with a strong emphasis on travel-based field work. - Conduct MDF and IDF room cleanups, including cable management, labeling, re-termination and documentation
- Execute re-cabling projects for departments or operational areas needing infrastructure refresh.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, network maps and construction plans
- Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, low voltage standards, safety procedures and company guidelines
- Collaborate closely with project managers, internal stakeholders and site contacts to coordinate work and provide updates
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and conditions found
- Troubleshoot electrical or network related issues onsite and recommend corrective actions
- Travel extensively to assigned sites, often with short notice, to support project schedules
Required Qualifications
- Electrical Journeyman or Apprentice license
- 3+ years of experience in electrical, low voltage or data infrastructure work

- Ability to lift, mount and secure heavy cabinets and equipment up to 75 pounds
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to travel 75-100% of the time
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of providing clear status updates and work documentation
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in confined or elevated spaces
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in retail, warehouse or large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with NEC, TIA/EIA cabling standards and OSHA safety guidelines
- Experience with fiber optic termination, network testing tools and cable certification hardware
