Electrical BIM Modeler
Location: Phoenix, ArizonaSalary: $60,000–$80,000 DOEJob Type: Full-Time
We’re Hiring: Electrical BIM Modeler
We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ area. The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical industry experience along with strong Revit/BIM modeling skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction or engineering environment.
What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using Revit
- Develop electrical layouts, plans, and construction documents
- Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines
- Review drawings and models for accuracy, constructability, and potential conflicts
- Assist with clash detection and resolution
- Make revisions based on project requirements and field changes
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and field personnel
- Maintain BIM standards and ensure models meet project specifications
- Support projects from design through construction
What We’re Looking For
- Electrical industry experience required
- Revit experience required
- Previous electrical BIM modeling experience
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electrical contracting or MEP construction
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other construction/design software
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, or large-scale electrical projects
Compensation
$60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
