Location: Cambridge, MA Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $75.00 USD Hourly Description: One of our clients in the R&D space supporting aerospace and defense is looking for an Electrical Component Engineer. 6+ month contract with possibility for extensions Fully Remote (EST hours) This position focuses on: EEE parts engineering for high‑reliability aerospace systems Component selection, qualification, screening, and failure analysis Working with MIL, AEC, JEDEC, and space‑grade standards Supporting design, reliability, manufacturing, and supplier teams Evaluating microelectronics, semiconductors, hybrids, passives, and related components They’re looking for someone with experience in: MIL‑STD / MIL‑PRF component standards Physics of failure & component‑level FA Semiconductor / microelectronics packaging Aerospace, defense, or space‑grade hardware environments If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please send over a copy of your resume for me to review and I can give you a call to discuss further.
