Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Electrical Design & Analysis EngineerPosition type: Full-time, ContractDuration: 6 Months with possible extensionLocation: Everett, WA -OnsiteAs an Electrical Design & Analysis Engineer, you will:

Support for the entire product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, systems design, lab design/specification, integration testing, flight test, technical sub-contractor management, field support, and customer interactions.
Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
Designs hardware, software, and interface specifications.
Tests validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
Solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
Research specific technology advances potential application to company business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Any Advance Degree in STEM Classification (Technology, Engineering, Computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry).
3+ years’ experience with hardware or Electrical/Electronic Systems Design in Aerospace/Defense field.
Working Knowledge in subsystem design, requirement analysis/allocation.
Practical experience with lab equipment for hardware development, troubleshooting, and data capture.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience with LRU development, test, and qualification.
Military aircraft program experience.
MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC-429 and Ethernet architecture and knowledge.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Strong leadership, team building, and mentoring skills.
