Ideal candidates should hold a BSEE/EET degree or its equivalent, with proficiency in CAD software, especially AutoCAD Electrical, being a major advantage. Hands-on experience with electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting is an added benefit.

This position requires a strong grasp of electrical theories and practical application, with the ability to resolve design and operational challenges effectively. Preparing for projects, including motor and amplifier selection, and familiarity with industrial robotics will enhance your application.
