Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to design AC/DC power distribution and electrical systems for power modules, IT modules, and data center applications.Title:Electrical Design EngineerLocation: Pelzer, SC

Key Responsibilities

  • Design LV switchgear, switchboards, and power distribution systems.
  • Develop single-line diagrams, control schemes, equipment specifications, and BOMs.
  • Design and integrate UPS, DC power systems, standby generators, lighting, and grounding systems.
  • Apply NEC requirements to electrical designs.
  • Use AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent 3D design tools.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, manufacturing, and other engineering teams.
  • Support system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
  • Work on modular electrical systems; modular experience is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 6 10 years of electrical engineering/design experience.
  • Strong experience with LV switchgear/switchboard and power distribution.
  • Good knowledge of NEC.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering design tools.

Preferred

  • Data Center or Power Module experience.
  • Modular electrical design experience.
  • PE License is a plus, but not required.
