Electrical Design Engineer Immediate OpeningLocation: Atlanta, GA Contact: Wendy Colaiacovo | wendyc@selectek.net | Call/Text: 678-802-6616Were seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading electrical contractor with 80 years of excellence in commercial and industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects for clients like Coca-Cola, Facebook, Google, and Microsoft.Responsibilities
- Model electrical systems in 3D using Revit
- Perform short circuit and coordination studies in SKM Power Tools
- Design electrical systems based on the National Electrical Code
- Write basic macros in Excel and JavaScript to streamline workflows*
- Prepare client-facing reports and print large-scale drawings for field teams*
- Ensure high-quality, detail-oriented design output
- BSEE or BSEET degree*
- 3+ years of electrical design experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities*
- Proficiency in Revit (ability to build Revit families is a big plus)*
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SKM Power Tools
- Familiarity with power studies (training available)
- Projects range from $100M$200M*
