Job Description
Electrical Design Technician (PCB / ECAD) Mineral Wells, TX (Onsite) Monday–Thursday | 4x10 Schedule U.S. Citizenship Required (Export-Controlled Environment) Join a high-performance aerospace team supporting military and special mission aircraft systems. If you enjoy hands-on PCB layout work and collaborating closely with hardware engineers, this role gives you technical ownership in a tight-knit engineering culture. You’ll work onsite, supporting advanced avionics platforms across military, defense, and general aviation markets. What You’ll Do • Own PCB layout from concept through verification • Manage and maintain ECAD component libraries • Perform PCB layout reviews with hardware & design engineering teams • Ensure compliance with electrical and mechanical constraints • Generate and maintain: schematics, BoMs, Gerbers, fab & assembly docs • Support suppliers with technical data and documentation clarification • Conduct layout verification and integrity testing What We’re Looking For Required: Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent technical education 2–3+ years PCB layout experience in a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with Altium OR PADS Strong documentation and communication skills Comfortable working onsite in a production-driven environment Preferred: ECAD/CAM experience EDA architecture exposure Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or regulated industries
