Job Description
NEED a drafter to sit in this office, specifically to grow their expertise around a client that is local to their office. So this would be exclusive to someone who is in a commutable distance of the Chattanooga office.Under general supervision, supports engineering teams by performing technical tasks that require an intermediate understanding of engineering principles and practices.Utilizes digital tools and design software (e.G., CAD, BIM, 3D modeling) to create, modify, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables.May begin to provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineering techniciansThis is for Electrical, so 2-3 years of drafting experience on electrical projects (not interested in folks with a civil focus). Experience with substation would be nice (schematics, wiring, site layouts).2-3 years of experience with Autodesk AutoCad (Microstation a plus). #LI-JB1
