JOB TITLE: Electrical Engineer 1LOCATION: El Segundo, CAPAY RATE: $38-58/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Maintain EE (PCBA and, if possible, harness) drawings and ensure consistency across documentation.
Collaborate with QA and manufacturing teams to establish and maintain strong drawing practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 1–3 years of experience (internship or academic project experience acceptable), or 2–5 years of hands-on drafting experience with PCBA drawings.
Proficiency in at least one ECAD program (Altium preferred; Eagle, OrCAD, or KiCad acceptable).
Altium Draftsman experience.
AutoCAD experience for harness drafting.
Familiarity with common electrical standards (IPC-610, IPC-6012, etc.) and ability to work with and interpret EE standards.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
