Job Title: Electrical Engineer 3 Location: Mossville, AC Building Notes: Work on CAT legacy electronic systems Electronic components start from sensors to ECM's and telematics There is little travel needed mostly Chicago supplier facility for validation purposes How are ECM"s manufactured, hwo suppliers receive these parts (hardware manufacturing experience) Person should have good hardware electronics knowledge and dealing with electronics components Dive deep into PCB to run simulations (good to have) Lot of validation tasks on circuit design Create test plan documentation Understanding testing hardware, tectonics scope buss management Understanding of electronics components lifecycle Communicate with low volume suppliers Python automaton is good to have not a deal breaker Current Team size: 10 There will be a lead who will guide this new team member Experience: Bachelor's with 4 years' experience Not accepting associates degree Top skills: Electronic components testing knowledge (what kind of vibration, soak testing they need to do, what kind of particles they need to use) Circuitry knowledge interact with core hardware teams Good communication skills for supplier interactions Interview Process: Phone or virtual interviews
