Join a dynamic manufacturing company in Sanford, Maine as an Electrical Engineer and make an impact every day.As an Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and supporting electrical systems that drive innovative products and manufacturing excellence. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.What You'll Do As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Designing, developing, and implementing electrical and electronic systems for new and existing products.*
Creating schematics, specifications, and technical documentation to support manufacturing and outsourcing efforts.*
Supporting production, R&D, and customer teams through troubleshooting and technical assistance.*
Analyzing electrical issues and recommending effective corrective actions.*
Participating in engineering change processes (ECR/ECN) to enhance product designs.*
Ensuring designs meet reliability, manufacturability, cost, and regulatory standards.*
Contributing to Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and eliminate waste across processes.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related field.*
Ability to work independently on projects while managing deadlines effectively.*
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.*
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with standard test and measurement equipment.*
Solid understanding of electrical design, troubleshooting, and system analysis.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Hands-on wiring and assembly experience.*
Experience working with third-party testing agencies (NRTL).*
Programming skills or board-level/equipment design experience.*
Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with sheet metal fabrication.
