A well-established American manufacturer with more than 75 years of innovation in HVAC and refrigeration tools is seeking a Electrical Engineer in Bloomington, MN. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Engineer position include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering while leading the design and development of electronic tools and products for HVAC/R applications
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in new product design while guiding projects from concept through production readiness
Experience with low-voltage printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and circuit design while developing product specifications and technical documentation
Proficiency with electronic design automation software and 3D CAD tools while transforming design concepts into production-ready documentation
Knowledge of sensors, testing procedures, and new product development processes while designing test plans and supporting validation activities
Strong leadership skills while mentoring junior engineers and leading engineering projects across multiple contributors
Ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams while ensuring component specifications and product requirements are met
Excellent communication and organizational skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
