Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job Location: Lima, OH
Job Description
· Work as an Electrical Engineer and develop design of electrical distribution system for process plant in Lima OH
· Develop basic and detailed engineering design packages for power distribution system
· Discuss with the client to align on the project scope.
· Collect the required inputs required for developing the required Engineering packages.
· Coordinate with various vendors and site construction teams for completion of the design packages.
· Provide support to the construction team for start-up activities.
External Skills and Expertise
· Should have worked as an Electrical Design Engineer designing electrical distribution systems for process plants.
· Should have Knowledge in preparing detailed design packages for Electrical equipment
· Experienced in LV Electrical Distribution Design Power Distribution Panels, Motor Control Centers for process plants in compliance with NEC.
· Sound Knowledge of NEC, UL508A and IEEE standards pertaining to electrical equipment.
· Should have knowledge in generating specifications for MV substations, Transformers, 480V panels, MCC, VFDs, Distribution panels, Lighting and grounding design.
· Knowledge of Cable sizing, conduit sizing, power and control panel design, lighting calculation, grounding design, cable tray sizing, cable tray layout design.
· Develop Engineering information packages, bill of materials, elementary drawings, single line drawings, equipment arrangement.
· Knowledge on Electrical Safety requirements.
· Trained and qualified in NFPA 70E requirements.
