Job Description
Location:
- 1505 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway, Ste 240, Dallas, TX, United States
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant electrical engineering design and construction experience in the AEC industry required
- Registration as an Engineer in Training (EIT) in Electrical Engineering, required
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering, preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and general electronic drawing format software is required
- Solid knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office 365 suite, Microsoft Teams, Bluebeam, etc.
- Experience with power system analysis software (E-TAP, EasyPower, SKM) is required
- Experience with lighting software (AGI, Visual Lighting) is a plus.
- Experience with medium and/or high voltage systems is a plus.
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance from the U.S. Government
- Ability to travel for site visits
- Ability to work independently as well as train others
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks
- Desire to learn and work with a team of professionals
- Experience with low voltage systems design is a plus
- Experience with federal project design is a plus
- Contributing to Coffman's marketing and business initiatives as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills

Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per annum; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location. Please Note: Benefits provided by Coffman Engineers - Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
